Privacy Policy
What happens to the data that reaches us through this website, and what you can ask of us.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This privacy policy explains how Maple Ledger Learning (corpflowki.com) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where it applies, the privacy law of our province, and collect only what is needed to run the site and answer
1. Who is responsible
This website is run by Maple Ledger Learning, 210 Erb Street West, Suite 4, Waterloo, ON N2L 1V6, Canada, which decides how the data described on this page is used. Questions about it can be sent to hello@corpflowki.com or asked by telephone on (519) 358-3394; they concern every page under corpflowki.com and the messages that reach us through it.
2. Your privacy rights
You can ask us at any time which personal information we hold about you, how it is used and to whom it has been disclosed, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted where we no longer need it. Consent that you have given may be withdrawn at any time; the withdrawal applies from then on.
To exercise any of these rights, a message to hello@corpflowki.com is enough. To be sure that we are dealing with the right person, we may ask you to confirm your identity; our answer follows within the statutory period and is free of charge.
Besides contacting us, you have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to the privacy commissioner of your province where provincial law applies.
3. Sharing of data
Personal data is never traded. Access is limited to the technical service providers that run our hosting and mail systems, who process data on our behalf under a written contract, and to public bodies where disclosure is required.
If a provider operates servers or support staff abroad, data may leave the country in which we are established. We work only with providers who commit to the level of protection that the applicable law requires for such transfers.
4. Cookies
Only what the pages need in order to work is stored. No advertising networks, no tracking across websites and no visitor profiles are involved, and nothing about your visit is passed on for marketing.
Your browser lets you review what is kept for this website, erase it and prevent it from being stored again. If you block entries that the site needs in order to function, some pages may not display correctly.
5. Data security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold against loss, manipulation and access by unauthorized people. The connection to this website is encrypted where your browser supports it.
Even careful protection cannot make data transfer over open networks entirely safe, and we do not promise absolute security. Internally, only those dealing with your request have access to the correspondence.
6. Purposes and consent
The processing serves the operation and security of corpflowki.com, the handling of the requests you send us, the preparation of offers and the fulfillment of duties that arise from a contract or from the law.
We identify why we need personal information before or when we collect it, and we use it for that purpose with your consent, which is implied when you contact us to receive a reply. Where the law allows or requires us to act without consent, for example to meet a legal obligation, we do only what it permits. If you leave out the contact details we ask for, we may not be able to reply.
7. Retention
Information is kept no longer than its purpose calls for. Once that purpose has been met and no duty to keep it remains, we erase it or remove everything that would link it to you.
Server logs are removed by our hosting provider after a short period. Messages stay with us while the matter is open and for some time afterwards, in case you return to the same question.
8. Data processed on this website
Visiting the website creates server log entries: IP address, time of access, requested file, transferred data volume, browser and operating system. We use these entries only to operate the site safely, to keep it available and to investigate technical errors.
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we store your name, your email address, any telephone number you choose to give and the content of your message, in order to deal with your request.
9. Updates
We revise this notice whenever the way we handle data changes. The current wording is always published here, and the date at the top tells you when it was last updated.
The text on this page replaces earlier versions, and no separate announcement is sent when it changes. If an amendment affects processing that is based on your consent, we obtain new consent before relying on it.
